    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Customer-friendly policies designed for trust and transparency

    Cancellation Policy

    Retail customers can return/exchange products within 30 days from the date of purchase if unsatisfied, or in case of a manufacturing/packaging defect.

    • Returns must be made to the distributor from whom the product was purchased.
    • Original customer order receipt and valid reason must be provided.
    • If the customer requests a refund/replacement, the distributor must satisfy the request and claim it back from the company.
    Distributor return checklist (within 30 days of invoice):
    • ✔ Product Return Form
    • ✔ Valid Reason
    • ✔ Copy of Invoice
    • ✔ Copy of Customer Order Receipt
    • ✔ Returned Products

    Buy Back Policy

    Distributors resigning can return unopened, resaleable products in good condition with at least 3 months’ shelf life, provided the invoice is within 30 days.

    Refund Amount: Distributor price minus bonuses paid and a 10% service fee.

    Note: Distributors should only buy what they can realistically sell in 30 days.

    Return Policy

    If:

    • Items were short-supplied
    • Wrong items delivered
    • Items arrived damaged

    Report within 24 hours to support@chemfreeindia.com or via WhatsApp with proof (photo/video).

    If error is verified:
    • ✅ Missing items sent within 7 working days (free).
    • ✅ Damaged/wrong items returned at Chemfree's expense. Replacements dispatched in 7 working days.

    ❗ Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

    Refund Policy

    If you are not satisfied with a product due to valid reasons, return it within 30 days of the invoice date. Products must be:

    • 📦 Unopened and unused
    • ✅ Resalable and undamaged
    • 📅 Have at least 3-month shelf life

    Refunds are processed within 30 working days after return, minus:

    • 🚚 Actual shipping charges
    • 💼 10% service fee

    If returned after 30 days (with valid reasons and approval), deductions will also include:

    • 📉 Commissions paid
    • ⚖ Other applicable charges

    Returns due to misuse, manipulation, or refusal to retail/use are not accepted.

    Important Notes

    • 📇 Proof of identity may be requested at delivery. Failure to comply may lead to cancellation.
    • 🚫 Some products may be non-refundable due to their nature (e.g., hygiene products).
    • ⚠ Chemfree reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock issues, or payment risks. In such cases, prepaid amounts will be refunded.
